The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra on Saturday gave out food items to his followers across the nation amid the effect of the COVID-19 lockdown.
The items which includes bags of rice, bags of onions, cartons of tomatoes and other food condiments and protective personal equipment where distributed.
while distributing the materials, Nnamdi Kanu, who was reperesented by his younger brother, Emma Kanu, said he was touched by the effect of the lockdown due to the global pandemic, COVID-19, adding “I am interested in saving lives”.
Kanu said, “My concern is to make sure that humanity is preserved, alive and safe. I am not segregating. I am providing all I can to serve humanity.”
