Youths Enjoying Themselves Under Lampard At Chelsea

Frank Lampard’s method of rewarding youths and Condemning Chelsea’s pattern of loaning them out has paid massively and cheered fans according to midfielder,
Mason Mount.

Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori had good times playing under Lampard at
Derby County where they were loaned by Chelsea during Maurizio Sarri regime.

Both players have become starters in Chelsea line-up this term as Lampard took over from Sari at Chelsea according to the source, Punch Newspapers.

club and the youth system is a big bonus for the young players at the club.

“It helps when you have an English manager who knows how to handle the young players coming from the academy, charging them and having that confidence in them to deliver, ” said Mount.

No doubt that the blues form has improved ever since
their opening day 4 – 0 defeat by Manchester United and they are now on a seven match winning run.

“It’ s something they club have been calling for a long
time now, young and vibrant English players coming through and performing really well for the club.”

Mount, who despite his
father’s advice to leave the club persisted to stay on and fight, became the first academy graduate from the London club ever since John Terry left to claim a regular first team spot.
