Industry To Sew Army Uniforms Launched In Nigeria By President Buhari:
It’s always truism that before you criticize any administration , you first of all predict what the future of the administration will look like.
It’s not a fallacy to conclude that several leaders have come and go neglecting and ignoring this challenging condition in the Nigerian Army. Some of the security outfits are being sewed abroad where millions of Naira if not dollars are being spent annually.
Moreover, everyone even terrorists are wearing army uniforms because it’s not monitored since you can just travel outside the country and get one.
Muhammadu Buhari, the President of Nigeria who has been an agent of change right from inception of his administration decided to stop that.
Meanwhile, the president of federal republic of Nigeria has taking it personal to insure that army uniforms are sewed in Nigeria thereby encouraging the local Indigenous industries in the state.

During the garment factory’s launch tagged, DICON-SUR Corporate Wears Nigeria Limited at the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) at Kakuri in Kaduna State at the weekend, Buhari said the security of lives and properties and integrity of the nation’s territory were important to his regime.”
He said: “This event is a clear demonstration of the determination of my government to encourage Public Private Partnership through foreign direct investment into the Nigerian economy.”
The source also reveals that “Buhari, who was represented by the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, said the factory was launched in recognition of the dire need of Nigeria for a modern garment factory to produce befitting uniforms for the Armed Forces and other security agencies.”
Well meaning people in Nigeria have commended the effort of the President for making the launching a reality.
