Four-Storey Building Collapses In Enugu, Left One Injured:
On Wednesday, A four storey building under construction in Agbani road, Enugu South Local Government Area has collapsed.
This happened barely three weeks after a three-storey building under construction collapsed at Monarch Avenue in Enugu South Council Area.
The Punch learnt that the building under construction had already been occupied by tenants, a family of four and four other individuals.
We learnt the occupants noticed a crack on the building on Tuesday morning prompting four occupants to leave with fear that it might
collapse any time soon.
Around 2:00pm on Wednesday, the building collapsed and one of the
occupants working on the
uncompleted apartments was injured.
A witness revealed that the
victim was on the fourth floor when the building caved in, he jumped out and broke his spinal cord.
He was rushed to the hospital in the by the younger brother of the owner of the building who resides in Lagos State.
Paul Onyeka, the brother of the owner of the house was said to be the supervisor of the house.
Cultist Arrested In Ogun State For Killing 15 Persons:
A 28year old cultist, has been arrested by the Police in Ogun State Command.
Sunday Paul was arrested for killing over 15 residents of the Ikenne area of the state.
Abimbola Oyeyemi, the Police Public Relations Officer of the State on Wednesday, confirmed his arrest.
He said, Paul, “AKA Blade” is the leader of the Eiye Confraternity in the area.
He revealed that the suspect is an ex-convict, who was released from a correctional centre on a related murder case.
He also stated that the suspect confessed to
have killed not less than 15 persons in Ikenne area of the state.
He explained that the cultist has been on the police wanted list for a very long time before he was arrested.
Gunmen Murders Two And Enjured Others In Delta State Community:
Gunmen have murdered two persons in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The gunmen shot dead a young man identified as Kebi and his girlfriend around 6:00pm on Wednesday at Akara junction in Warri.
We learnt that the murderers stormed that area and shot indiscriminately.
The PUNCH confirmed that lots of people were wounded in the attack.

Adeyinka Adeleke, Delta State Commissioner of Police confirmed the incident n a chat with our correspondent.
He quashed the information that four persons were killed and revealed that it was two persons.
Labour Issues October 16 Ultimatum For Minimum Wage Payment
Labour, after its meeting on Wednesday issued an ultimatum to Federal Government to accept it’s demand on salary adjustment or face its riot.
A statement signed by Mr. Ayuba Wabba, NLC President, Mr. Quadri Olaleye, TUC President, Mr. Simon Anchaver, acting chairman of Joint National Public Service Negotiating Council.
It accused the FG of foot dragging on total implementation of new wage structure to all workers despite the unions lenient position.
The communique stated the nonchalant attitude of the government’s negotiating side had dragged the negotiations for a long time.
It revealed that the offer on the table by the government is not acceptable to Nigerian workers.
The Leadership of labour cannot guarantee industrial peace and harmony in the country if their demands are not till October 16, 2019.
